Many of you are changing plans and getting used to new doctors or new benefits. Change can be stressful and scary. But rest assured, we are here as we have always been to walk with you and guide you down Retirement Road.
If you have questions or concerns about your new plan or plan benefits, please do not hesitate to call us at 602-281-3898. We are also facing challenges and changes of our own. Many of you came to know us through a workshop at your local library. Then came significant changes to how we connect with people. Lockdowns happened, and we moved to virtual workshops. Some of you were introduced to us virtually. We "met" via Zoom meetings and phone calls. What a change that was for all of us. We all longed for a return to normalcy.
Finding New Ways to Connect
Eventually, libraries reopened, and we were so excited to be able to host in-person workshops again. But, unfortunately, the return to normalcy we longed for didn't happen. Rooms we used to fill with curious attendees didn't fill like in the past. Nevertheless, online education offers an alternative to providing education resources, and our 123Easy On-Demand Workshops for Medicare, Retirement Planning, and Social Security fit that bill. But folks still long for in-person resources.
The industry is adapting to this "new normal." Medicare has even improved its website - but it still doesn't speak to YOU as an individual. YOU know how valuable we are. YOU know firsthand that there are thousands of combinations of plans, intricacies, and subtle nuances to choosing the right plan for you. Searching on your own via a website of data cannot replace decades of experience provided by your advisors here at American Retirement Advisors. We educate, guide, and research WITH you. The way making an important choice should go.
We are so very grateful that you see our value and that you allow us to continue to help year after year. At this time, I would like to say "Thank You" for the numerous referrals of family and friends that have met with me (and us) over the years.
Referrals genuinely are the lifeblood of our business because they come from folks who trust us. We are honored that you trust us with those you care about most. We will always do our absolute best to care for them as you do.
As the industry and the world continue to change, we change, adapt, and move forward. As we march into the future, please keep those referrals coming our way so we can keep making the Medicare journey 123Easy for those important people in your life. Although our methods are ever-adapting to changing times, our dedication to you and yours is, was, and will forever be timeless. We wish you a Happy, Healthy, and Prosperous New Year!

Easy Eddie's Take
This is absolutely right about the value of personal guidance, especially when it comes to Medicare decisions. Here's what I see happening in 2026: Medicare.gov has more tools than ever, but most people still ask me, "How do I know which Medicare plan is actually best for my specific situation?" The answer is that websites can show you data, but they can't weigh your priorities the way an experienced advisor can.
Think of it this way - Medicare Advantage plans, Medicare Supplement insurance, and Part D prescription drug plans each have different networks, formularies, and out-of-pocket maximums. The Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services requires all this information to be public, but connecting those dots to your actual doctors, medications, and budget? That's where decades of experience really shows its value.
Whether you're in your Initial Enrollment Period, turning 65, or comparing options during Medicare Open Enrollment from October 15 to December 7, having someone walk through the details with you can make all the difference. A little personal guidance today can save you thousands tomorrow.
